Support that adapts to you

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we work closely within each partnership to design personalized professional development that meets your unique goals and context, ensuring sustainable impact at every level.

Who we work with

Individual Educators
Empowering educators with guidance and resources — including our forever free resource library — as they refine their skills, embrace new strategies, and grow as leaders in their classrooms.
Teams / Departments
Collaborating for focused growth, working together to strengthen subject-specific teaching strategies and improve student outcomes.
Schools / Organizations
Transforming and implementing holistic, systemic change, ensuring every educator and student benefits from aligned strategies and shared goals.
Districts
Creating cohesive professional development initiatives, enhancing the educational experience across multiple schools to increase impact within the district.
State Education Systems
Engaging with state education departments to design policies and shape programs that promote best practices and address the diverse needs of schools across the state.
Non-Profit Organizations
Collaborating to advance meaningful programs that foster educational growth, advocate for systemic change, and enhance community impact.
International Schools
Collaborating with global partners to foster cross-cultural learning and development, providing inclusive practices that enrich education worldwide.

How we work

Job-Embedded Coaching
Real-time, on-the-ground support aligned with your daily practice. Through direct guidance on instructional strategies, we help design strategic systems that strengthen your capacity and promote lasting growth.
Workshops
Interactive sessions that present opportunities to deepen pedagogical knowledge, apply learning to individual contexts, and collaborate in a safe community. Sessions are designed with time for critical reflection, planning and practice, and an exploration into pertinent research.
Online Courses
Our courses provide actionable strategies, guidance from expert facilitators, and an interactive learning experience that encourages real-world application — so you walk away with practical skills you can use right away.
Curriculum Development
There is no one-size-fits-all packaged curriculum, so whether teachers are designing their own curricular materials, or adapting them from a publisher, we help them to identify learning targets, scope, sequence, and assessment structures, keeping students' needs at the forefront.
Data Reporting & Analysis
Information is power, but sometimes it's hard to find. We use raw data provided by schools to create in-depth and readable data reports to help deepen educators' inquiry skills and knowledge of students
Research Studies
Designing and implementing academic research studies with a focus on qualitative research that aims to represent the real-life experiences, perceptions, challenges, and contexts of educators while bringing new knowledge to the field of education.
Reform Action Planning
Supporting schools, networks, districts, and organizations to develop clear and actionable plans with implementation and intervention strategies.

When educators reflect on their experiences with our team, an impressive 98% report that our insightful content, effective facilitation, practical models, engaging activities, and supportive environment not only met, but exceeded their expectations.

This valuable feedback drives our continuous improvement, shaping the design of future professional learning experiences to ensure even greater impact.

What sets our work apart

These guiding approaches shape the way we collaborate, coach, and co-create with educators.

Picture

Equity-driven education

A commitment to dismantling barriers and ensuring every student — regardless of background — has access to high‑quality, culturally affirming learning.

Picture

Project-based literacy

Transforming literacy instruction into student‑driven, inquiry‑based projects —including arts‑infused reading and real-world writing — that seamlessly integrate into any curriculum.
Picture

21st century learning

An integrated approach to developing the critical competencies students need for today’s world, ensuring learning is relevant, engaging, and future‑focused.

Tell us where you're starting and what you're aiming for — we'll build a path that fits.

Our philosophy

Six core principles are the foundation of every partnership and professional development project we design. These practices ensure our collaborations are impactful, sustainable, and transformative for educators and their communities.

Communities of Practice
Contextualized Design
Critical Reflection
Cultivating Strengths
Culturally Relevant Pedagogy
Cycles of Inquiry

Communities of Practice

Shared learning, shared growth
We encourage a collaborative approach to discourse and decision making that cultivates relationships. Like Lave and Wenger, we believe this approach honors individual perspectives while fostering the collaborative construction of shared knowledge as educators work together toward a common goal.
Contextualized Design

Contextualized Design

One size doesn’t fit all — and shouldn’t
We recognize that while patterns and trends exist in education, each partner, project, and individual is unique. Building on the work of Knowles and Drago-Severson, we leverage collaborative conversations and planning to ensure that all of our projects are tailored to the specific culture, context, and goals of our partners.
Critical Reflection
Picture

Critical Reflection

Looking inward to move forward
We prioritize metacognition, self-awareness, and the consideration of multiple viewpoints as key elements of critical reflection. Drawing on the work of Dewey and Mezirow, we believe that critically reflecting on both successes and missteps provides opportunities for continuous improvement in one’s practice.
Cultivating Strengths
Picture

Cultivating Strengths

Building on what’s already working
We champion the idea that improvement in growth areas increases when we leverage areas of strength first. Grounded in Carol Dweck’s Growth Mindset, we inspire educators to continuously reflect and build on their strengths, ultimately fostering meaningful and sustainable professional development.
Culturally Relevant Pedagogy
Picture

Culturally Relevant & Sustaining Pedagogy

Education that reflects, respects, and responds
We affirm and advocate that everyone’s culture and identity are valid and valuable. Building on the work of Ladson-Billings and Gay, we believe educators who cultivate culturally relevant, responsive, and sustaining spaces for learning through intentional systems, structures, and strategies increase their students’ academic, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
Cycles of Inquiry
Picture

Cycles of Inquiry

Intentional practice, continuous improvement
We facilitate an inquiry process in which educators identify challenges, pose questions, implement interventions, and monitor for improvements. Drawing on the work of C.S. Pierce, we believe it is through this quest for understanding that we build a learning community, helping us evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of our partners.

Your next steps

Every partnership begins with a conversation — we’ll work with you to clarify your goals and co-create a path forward.
